• These shoes involve a manufacturing process on a natural fabric so any irregularity is a part of its characteristic.

The sole of the boots is not brown but white, which doesn't correspond to the picture. The boot tongue moves to one side, forming a winkle in the front that causes pain; the tongue stays in place only when using thick socks. I should give less stars, but I'll stick with 3 stars because despite the issues, when using thick socks the boots are comfy to walk.

Poor quality control. Both shoes have clearly visible defects and size is not as advertised (insole is in fact 8mm longer). Natural World stopped responding to my emails. Very unprofessional.
