I have two pairs of Natural world plimsoles (blue and pink) purchased in Portugal-size 37 which fit perfectly and are very comfortable. Hence my order of black plimsoles. Sadly the fit and fabric were not as expected and I had assumed they would be returnable. Sadly, this does not appear to be the case. I am now left with 2 pairs of plimsoles - 1 being too small (size 4, even though my existing plimsoles fit perfectly); the 5, I am wearing though not fit for purpose, but I have little option as they are not returnable. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED, and have emailed the returns team - with no response. I will be adding this comment to your website if it is not published.
